Meeting rooms

The International Associations Centre (MAI-IAC) has a complete infrastructure of meeting and conference rooms which can accommodate up to 250 people.
These rooms are constituted as an entity distinct from the rest of the building and are all situated on the ground floor, except for Commission Rooms 3, 5 and 6 which are on the first floor of the Centre.

The MAI-IAC is open on all weekdays from 8.00 to 17.30 (except on public holidays).
We are also open on request in the evening and at the week-end.

All our meeting rooms are equipped with WIFI free of charge and also a telephone with inside line.

Some rooms can be blacked out for purposes of projection and additional audiovisual equipment can be supplied by prior arrangement.

In addition to the meeting rooms, participants have the following available to them :

  • a reception space, included in the rental;
  • photocopier and fax at the reception desk (paid service)

Coffee breaks and meals :

On prior request, the MAI-IAC can be responsible for organising coffee breaks, with drinks which are only to be supplied by the centre.
It is strictly forbidden to eat in any of the meeting rooms.
The Bar, the Club, the Espace 38 and the Rotunda are available for reservation for the organisation of meals and receptions in the building; these must be arranged with a caterer (we have no cooking facilities).

We remind you that the International Associations Centre is a non-smoking area.

Car parking is available in the area. The majority of the spaces in the car park are normally reserved by associations with offices in the Centre, but on prior request a few spaces may be reserved, against payment...
