The chief purpose of the International Associations Centre (which is a foundation of public utility) is to provide a facility to welcome and accommodate non-profit associations and non-governmental organisations.

We are therefore offering offices for rent in the Washington building, situated at 40 rue Washington in Ixelles.
The building is divided into two parts, with the ground floor occupied by the meeting rooms.
The upper floors are reserved for offices. The total area is 3,058 m².

Entering the building, you are immediately welcomed at the reception desk during the opening hours of the International Association Centre (MAI-IAC), which are open Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 17.30.
Tenants of the offices naturally have access to their offices outside the opening hours of the MAI-IAC.

The leases are on the basis of one year, renewable automatically from year to year. Offices are unfurnished but have telephone connections fitted.
In addition to the rent itself, regular common charges are added to cover central heating, water, electricity, insurance, alarm system, cleaning of public areas and cloakroom facilities, maintenance of the lift and fire extinguishers etc. The cleaning of the offices and subscriptions to telephone/internet are the responsibility of the tenants.

The rent is € 120/m²/year, to which should be added € 70/m²/year for charges.

Of the four floors used for letting out as offices, we have several offices currently free.

Tenants can take advantage of the numerous services offered by the International Associations Centre :

  • sorting of letters
  • access to the garden in summer
  • access to the kitchen (micro-wave oven, fridge, crockery) free for use, but with respect
  • paid services at attractive prices : drinks, sending and receiving faxes, photocopies…
  • paid parking spaces for tenants and for visitors, by prior arrangement.

We should like to remind you that the MAI-IAC is a non-smoking area.

We require tenants and prospective tenants to be members of the FAIB.
